is it important to use exspensive scart leads on my new sony lcd tv?
We always have gold plated scart plugs with metal bodies (cheap ones can be metal covered plastic) and they have individually screened conductors. We have never paid more than £10 each and have found a marked difference between these and the cheaper quality ones.
Considering the price, added to the fact that you don’t have to replace them regularly, I can’t understand anyone buying the cheap ones! Why spoil good quality equipment by using inferior quality leads and connectors?
